You didn't have to do what you done
Taking people with you senselessly who will never again see the sun
You didn't have to do it now people wonder why
Now because of you people had to die
You didn't have to commit this violent crime
Injuring and killing people all within a short amount of time
You didn't have to traumatize others and make families mourn their dead
Now because of you tears and blood have been shed
You didn't have to steal anyone's life but you done it anyway
You didn't have to take away their choice to live without them having a say
You didn't have to commit this bloody act
You didn't have to do it and that's a fact
You didn't have to go out into the night and do this why couldn't you just stay at home in the house
You didn't have to play a sadistic game of cat and mouse
You didn't have to do what you done
You didn't have to kill injure and traumatize those affected one by one
