When you turn on the tv all you hear is news that’s tragic
But even so in life there’s moments that are magic
All you seem to hear about are robberies and murders and so much more
All we seem to see is our world being at war
But there are good moments in life even though they may seem rare
And when those moments do come cherish them and treat them with care
There are magic moments that happen and seem almost too good to be true
Like giving birth to life or saying “I do”
There are sweet moments that are just pure bliss
Like having your first house or having your first kiss
Life isgnt all bad the way the news makes it sound
There are good moments in life that can always be found
Dont let negativity drain your life like a leech
Appreciate calm moments like when youre on the beach
Then there are the most precious moments that you have ever seen
Like an unborn child full of life up there on the ultrasound screen
Even though all we seem to hear about is everyday death and loss
All these good magic moments can sometimes be louder than all the chaos
Moments that are good or bad will never even stay
All we can do is get through life day by day
Life is isnt all bad if you just take a look and see
Because magic or tragic moments will one day be a distant memory
